- My most relatable experience in this type of work would be in several different positions.

I worked as a manager running The Wildflower Cafe and Gallery in Bethlehem, PA (a suburb of NYC and Philadelphia both) as a proprietary share rights deal. We had such acts as "Steve Kimock" who played in place of Jerry Garcia with the members of The Grateful Dead come and play, and thousands, literally, of other touring artists.
My job was to shift through acts, and essentially market our venue and pull in bigger names based on the founding proprietor's merit. I would setup contact, negotiate, market and sign, then promote. Not long after beginning, we got "Jeffery Gaines" on my account, most known for his Top 40 Cover of Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes".
Later, while working as an Account Executive for an "Auto Loan" corporation, I went through extensive training on preparing business documentation of all kinds, while forming my own business doing a mass hiring 1099 sales rep. marketing structure. This lead to offers of startup grants and loans and further knowledge of government benefits from expanding the business to an in house payroll, and the details of obtaining and running at a physical location.
More recently, I started one such type business planning for a CBD Sales and Marketing company, "Choice Mainstream"...
